We all have goals in life, or we should have. Maybe for you it is training and achieving something on your bike like a magnificent ride across country or overseas. Or perhaps something personal to you or someone you love. Regardless, the best way to make it happen is to create a powerful vision of achieving it.
We are blessed with magnificent mental faculties including that of imagination. It has been said that what we can imagine we can achieve. Using your imagination to create a vision of what it will be like to have or do the very thing you long for creates powerful emotions. Carefully creating and shaping your vision is much more powerful that setting a goal and creating a list of things you need to do to get there. Goals are the how. Your vision is the why, the driving force and the emotional fuel you will rely on when your vision encounters head winds and unexpected opposition (which every worthwhile endeavor will inevitably meet).
The more detail you build into your vision the more it will become a force driving you towards its accomplishment. Much more so than a list of to do on a goal sheet. When you craft your vision and hold it with your will you will begin to attract to you the things required for its fulfillment.
