MADD Offers Help to Victim's of DUI

MADD LogoMother’s Against Drunk Driving (MADD) was founded on Sept. 5, 1980 by Candice Lightner after her 13-year-old daughter was killed by a drunk driver, a repeat offender. MADD’s mission is to stop drunk driving, support those whose lives have been affected by this violent crime and prevent underage drinking. It is the largest non profit organization in the U.S. with chapters in all fifty states and trained victim advocates available at no charge. MADD serves one victim and survivor every 8.6 minutes through local MADD victim advocates and at 1-877-MADD-HELP, 24 hours every day.
