Florida's Law Regarding Rear-end Vehicle Accidents

Video Transcription:
There is a presumption in Florida that if a car is hit from behind the car that hit them from the rear is at fault. But if the car ahead stops suddenly for no reason in a place where it is not expected that would mean that they are at fault, not the car behind. There will always be the issues of whether the car behind was following too closely but people should not assume that the rear-end driver is at fault because there may be other issues of the other driver being at fault.
